I made some major improvements to the material guide system: now you can hover icons for the materials in the reactions to see what they are, and you can click them to move through the database. Also, there’s a back button you can use to go back through your search history or even to a previous tab if you clicked from one.

Carbon is a very central part of many reactions but getting carbon is pretty annoying once you farmed every tree in the world.
Please add more ways to make carbon.
edit: Also you can't write feedback in game because pressing a key like i or t opens inventory and closes the feedback dialog.
OH thank you for telling me! I’ll fix that feedback bug in the next build.
One trick for Carbon is you can use Blender pixels to turn excess Charcoal into Carbon. I’m also going to be adding the first plantable trees and crops in a content update that’ll probably be in the next couple days.
