This is to fix an issue with the crafting system lock screen showing up that was related to changes in quest logic: now it should display properly and let you fix it anytime after receiving the artifact scanner that you have the right materials.

Also I made the free and invincible commands toggle (although free will permanently unlock the crafting system)
