A bunch of fixes and Quality of Life things:

• allow LEFT-CTRL pixel selection to work for Drill as well as Hand (can Drill one material at a time)
• when holding LEFT-CTRL, highlight whatever material you have selected (pulses white) - also shows a label on the cursor to tell you that you are selecting ONLY that material
• clicking on the lower HUD toolbar it now another way to select slots (don't have to cycle through)
• lasers now pass through glass and many gems without heating them (lets you heat materials inside of glass containers without damaging the container)
• character collider slightly thinner (7->6)
• gameplay pauses when any window is open (including feedback window)
• the 'W' key (up) now also causes you to jump/jetpack
• turned off jetpack particle fx because some people thought it seemed weird that they didn't physically interact
• added a visual setting in the Settings Menu for toggling off the wavy heat fx
• BUGFIX: fixed an issue where the ability to interact with the toolbox inventory could get frozen until the game was reset
